St. Louis

In August 2011, we made a road trip out to the St. Louis, MO area. I was excited to go as the last time I was out here, I was passing through on my way to Basic Training at Ft. Leonard Wood and never got a chance to see downtown properly. These shots were taken while we were visiting the Arch and Laclede's Landing Historic Riverfront District on the Mississippi River.

For those that are interested in the technical side, just about the entire gallery was processed using HDR Tone Mapping in Photomatix Pro 4.1. As time permits, I will be posting other photos from the trip, including shots from the St. Louis Zoo, Giant City State Park in IL, and other fantastic sites!
