Getting the shot

Jason saw this dandelion and set up his shot so that the lights from the restaurant on the opposite side of the street would be blurred out while the flower would be silhouetted in the foreground. Meanwhile, traffic passed behind Jason (the white and red lines above him). NORA Cupcake Company and Tesoro are in the background.
